Hey folks!  Wanted to wish you all a belated happy holidays, even though it is mid Jan….lol.  Just a little update on what we have been up too.  The Hustle Alliance had a very busy December with appearances at Static @ The Detroit bar in OC, Action Thursdays in Newport Beach, The Hush Vintage Hollywood party, along with two appearances at LA’s imfamous Area 33.  All of the gigs went very well!  We had all the joints rocking to  our trademark funky sounds!

While December was hectic, Jan is going to be pretty slow for our live performances, so we promise to spend some time recording some new music for you guys. 

In other news, Jaymystic was formly invited and joined  The Hush Crew based in LA.  This was in the works for sometime but didnt take place until mid December.  Jaymystic was extremely excited for the invite and is looking forward to briniging the Hustle Alliance sound to The Hush Crew and having new avenues to expose more people to it.

Also, Jaymystic has several new mixes for you guys to download in dj mixes section.  There are three new mixes in all covering the house, nufunk, nuskool breaks, and dubstep genres.  Hope you all like it.

On a techincal note,  both of us have upgraded to the Traktor S4 controler and are just giddy as hell about it.  We would love your feed back on any of our performances and new mixes from here on out!  We feel that the S4 helps us become much more artistic in our performances and allows us to add effects and live on the fly remixing.  We hope  you yall will enjoy our new toys as much as we are!!

Hey everyone,

thanks for all the support lately, its been incredible!  just wanted to let you all know where we will be the next few weeks.

First up is this friday at Static Fridays at Detroit in Costa Mesa.  We are hosting the back room.  Should be a great time.   We are also hosting the second room Nov 19th at Detroit for the Ean Golden and Charles Feelgood show.  This one is going to be off the hook!  Static has been blowing up the last few weekends hitting capacity by 11pm.  So, get there early!

Saturday Nov 20th is the next installment of Hush in LA.  This one is going to be really good with Jaymystic, J-LIfe and the Girls of Shade providing the musical bliss.  Hush has been rolling now for over 5 years and the musical selction, dj talent, and vibe of these parties is nothing short of amazing.  I highly recommend you visiting one of these events!  Check out hushradio.com for more info.

And then Saturday Nov27th we are throwing down at HUSTLE!!!  This month we are blessed to have Qdup Foundation from Good Groove Records joining us.  This one is gonna  KILL!!!  Qdup is one of the best producers in the Nu-funk genre in the world.  He is just incredible and the great thing is that admission is FREE!!!!!!

Hope you guys will make it out and support us as much as possible this month!

BTW- Some new studio mixes are up so check out the mixes section plus  we will be posting some live recording of some of our events in November in the coming of weeks, so don’t forget to come back and download those.

Hey everybody!!!

How you all are doing well.  We have a couple of updates for you guys.  This is a huge weekend for us!  First, Friday night both Jordan and Jaymystic are djing in Orange County.  Jordan will be spinning the opening set at Static at Detroit bar then will be joining Jaymystic at the reopening of Sophistique` at Scott’s Restaurant and bar in Costa Mesa.  We have renegotiated our contract with Scott’s and will be performing a couple of times a month rather than every Friday.  We will be at Scott’s the last three weekends of October so please come down and join us.

Scotty James is also throwing is imfamous Hush Vintage Hollywood party this saturday, Oct 16th with special guests Saynt and Scorpia from Ninjaskillz, SF.  Please go to hushradio.com for more info.  This is one you don’t want to miss.

HUSTLE is also upon us again next Saturday the 23rd and we blessed to have Danny Massure joining us along with Jeff Vistro on trumpet and Don Tonic playing drums.  Should be another fun installment of the funkiest club in OC!!

Jaymystic will also be spinning house in LA on Thursday Nov. 4th.  More details to follow in the next few weeks.

Thanks everyone who came out to HUSTLE last weekend it was a blast!!  Wanted to send a special thanks to Thomas White of Natural Rhythm and Jeff Vistro our resident trumpet player.  Both made the event an incredible night.

Jordan from HUSTLE Allliance is going to be spinning at Static Oct. 15th @ Detroit bar in Costa Mesa.  You dont want to miss that and stay tuned for an update on the next HUSTLE plus some upcoming info on our next big event in Los Angeles.  We think you are really going to get excited about this one!

Great news everyone!!  Due to the overwhelming support from all of you, The HUSTLE Alliance has been asked to do Sophistique` every friday in August at Scott’s here in Costa Mesa.  So come out and show more of your support by returning to the scene of the crime at Scott’s every friday in August.
